They will explain to you what to expect and how to recognise the proper contractions from the ones that you may have been experiencing during your pregnancy (Braxton Hicks Contractions.)
• You may be worrying about certain things and it is important to realise that you are not alone. Many mothers experience the same fears and anxieties and so getting together with other expectant mothers can ease your worrying and may even solve some of your concerns.
• You will learn explicitly how your baby is actually capable of being pushed out of you – something that many mothers at this stage in the pregnancy start to worry about.
• You will become familiar with hospital procedures and what to expect from the delivery.
