Getting Ready for the Birth

Though your baby isn’t due for another two months your body will start to prepare for the big day. This means that you may experience from time to time contractions. This doesn’t mean necessarily that you are about to give birth prematurely, but it is your body’s way of making sure that when the big day finally does arrive you are fully prepared. The will become more regular and intense as the pregnancy continues; this is a common occurrence and nothing to get worried about.
